Notice of 2026 AGM

The Annual General Meeting will take place at Barnton Memorial Hall, Townfield Lane, Barnton, Northwich, CW8 4LH on Friday, 20th March 2026, commencing at 8.00pm.

Please attend if at all possible, as this is your club, and your votes and opinions count.

This year’s membership subscription will be £30.00. There are 3 methods of paying you Subscriptions for 2026/2027 season:-

1. Payment in person – While attending the AGM

2. By Electronic Bank Transfer (BACS)

If you wish to pay for your membership by BACS could you please, in advance of making your payment, email your Rod Licence details to the club secretary.

Payments should made to :-

Please also enter your name and what the payment is for as your payment reference.

3. By Post to :

Please ensure that you include all of the following :-

• Name and address
• Up to date telephone number
• Email address
• Date of Birth
• Copy of your Rod Licence
• Cheque made payable to Barnton 30 Club Anglers Society
• A stamped addressed envelope

Memberships not renewed by 20th April will be considered to not be required, and will be offered to persons wishing to join the club as new members. No further reminders will be given.
